How many blog posts or articles can you migrate?
Every package offers a specified number of article migrations (5 for Starter Pro and 8 for Pro Plus). Want more? You can purchase additional migrations as an à la carte option — available at a price per article or in groups. Please refer to the add-ons section above for the latest pricing details.
What if compliance review takes longer than expected?
We build time into the schedule for compliance review. If your compliance team is backed up or has specific requests, we adjust the timeline accordingly — no extra charge.
Can I update my own site?
Yes. The platform is intuitive enough even for non-technical users. That said, most clients prefer to send update requests and let us handle them — it's included in your monthly plan.
How long does it take for the new site to start ranking in search results?
The short answer is: it varies. The competitive financial services sector influences your search results based on factors like content depth, age, relevant keywords, technical SEO, and on-page/off-page SEO. Our integrated SEO tools prepare your site for success from the start.
Typically, it takes several months for Google to display your page for specific queries. We submit pages to Google Search Console at launch, but recognition can still take a couple of months.
For established websites, we document URL changes as 301 redirects to preserve “link juice.”
If you have a physical location, we will enhance your Google Business profile. Accumulating reviews can boost local visibility, but remember that compliance is overseen by FINRA Rule 2210.
How do I know if my website is actually working?

How does the ongoing fee compare to cheaper hosting options?
A $20/month host gives you a server. The Wealthsites monthly plan gives you a partner — active AI search optimization, a live performance dashboard, update support, compliance-aware maintenance, and annual strategy reviews. If you want to manage your own hosting and updates, that's a legitimate choice. If you want your site to keep working for your firm without you thinking about it, that's what we're here for.
What's the minimum commitment?
You initially commit to 12 months of ongoing hosting, maintenance & growth services after launch. After that, your plan renews annually. You can upgrade your hosting tier at any time. Downgrades take effect at your next annual renewal.
What happens if I decide to move on after my commitment period?
You own everything — your website, your content, your domain, your brand. We don't hold anything hostage. If you decide not to renew after a commitment period, you can take your site with you. We'll provide a full export of your site files and everything you need to transition.
In addition to real results — traffic growing, leads coming in, referrals converting — our clients love that our platform is fast, intuitive, secure, and genuinely powerful. The dashboard gives you real visibility into how your site is performing without needing to log into different tools and have special training. And when something comes up — a compliance question, a last-minute change, a new regulation — we respond, fast, with people who already know your firm and understand the regulatory environment you operate in. What's NOT included?
Content libraries, generic newsletters, email automation tools, and social media creation. We provide strategy guidance on these, but we don't execute them — we're your website partner, not your full marketing team. Some exceptions for Premier subscribers.
