client's key objectives
Launch a complete brand presence in time for a broker-dealer transition — giving current clients confidence in the move and positioning the new firm for long-term growth.

Overview
When LPL Financial announced its acquisition of Commonwealth, a $250m+ AUM, three-advisor team in Carmel, Indiana, saw an opening. Rather than follow their assets to a new broker-dealer, they chose independence on their terms — forming Mosaic Wealth Advisors under the Savvy Wealth RIA. The move was the right one. But it came with a hard deadline and a brand that existed only on paper.
They came to Wealthsites with a logo, brand colors, and a tagline. Nothing else. No website, no copy, no photography, no client-facing presence of any kind. They needed all of it — built, refined, and live — before they officially separated from their prior firm. The primary concern wasn't lead generation. It was client retention: they needed their existing clients to see a polished, confident new brand and feel good about staying.
We were connected through their transition consultant and got to work immediately.

THE NAME CHALLENGE
From day one, Mosaic Wealth Advisors was competing with over a dozen firms using similar names — including an established firm with the exact same name. Differentiation through design, content, and local identity wasn't optional. It was the strategy.
Who They Serve
Each of the three advisors came to the table with a distinct client base. Rather than blend them into generic service descriptions, we built the site around the investor — so every visitor could find themselves reflected in what they read.
HIGH-EARNING PROFESSIONALS & FAMILIES
Building wealth, planning for the future, and navigating the financial decisions that come with growing a family
PHYSICIANS
High-income professionals with complex compensation structures, student loan considerations, and limited time
BUSINESS OWNERS
Entrepreneurs planning for growth, succession, and an eventual transition out of their business
RETIREES, WIDOWS & LIFE TRANSITIONS
Clients navigating retirement, divorce, the loss of a spouse, or sudden inherited wealth — moments when clarity matters most
Our Process
Each of the three advisors came to the table with a distinct client base. Rather than blend them into generic service descriptions, we built the site around the investor — so every visitor could find themselves reflected in what they read.
Intake & Brand Discovery
We kicked off with a detailed intake form designed to surface the firm's brand tone, target clients, goals, and what they were bringing over from their prior presence to their new brand. With three advisors serving distinct audiences, understanding each perspective was essential before a single wireframe was sketched.
Wireframes & Site Architecture
We built wireframes that established the full site structure before copy was written — mapping out how each audience would navigate to content relevant to them. The architecture was built around self-identification: a visitor who lands on the homepage should know within seconds whether Mosaic serves people like them.
Copywriting & Content Development
With the wireframes as a guide, we produced the full site copy: homepage, calls to action, four audience-specific service pages, advisor bios, and five original client case studies — one for each key demographic. Each case study was written to accompany its corresponding service page, so prospects could see themselves not just described, but served.
Photography Coordination
The team's existing photos were dated and inconsistent — no cohesive look across three advisors. We connected them with a local photographer who captured new headshots, candid team shots, and office imagery before the launch deadline. Real, current photos of the actual team replaced anything that felt generic or mismatched.
Design, Build & Launch
We designed and developed the full site with a clean, modern aesthetic — intentional white space, minimal stock photography, and local Carmel imagery (including the Monon Trail) to signal genuine community roots. The site launched on schedule, six weeks from kickoff, aligning with the team's official broker-dealer-to-RIA transition.
The Design
Mosaic came in with a clear directive: modern, clean, and mobile-ready. They wanted white space, minimal stock photography, and a site that felt intentional rather than cluttered. We delivered that — and layered in local identity to set them apart from the other Mosaic-named firms competing for the same search results.
Audience-first service pages — organized by investor type, not financial planning category, so visitors self-identify immediately
Client case studies on every service page — each demographic page pairs with a real case study, putting proof where prospects are looking
Local identity throughout — local SEO and Carmel, Indiana imagery, including the Monon Trail signals genuine community presence, not a remote or generic firm
Real team photography — fresh, coordinated headshots and candid office team shots replaced outdated, inconsistent photos across all three advisors
Clean, minimal aesthetic — restrained use of stock imagery, generous white space, and a design built to feel premium without feeling busy

Mobile-First Design
With client retention as the primary goal, every touchpoint needed to feel polished — including on the phones that existing clients would use to look up the new firm after hearing about the transition. The site delivers a clean, navigable experience on any screen, making it easy for clients and prospects to explore the firm's services, meet the team, and get in touch.

The Outcome
The site launched on time — a complete brand presence, built in six weeks, ready the moment Mosaic Wealth Advisors stepped out from under their prior firm. Current clients had somewhere to go, something credible to look at, and a clear signal that the team they trusted hadn't just moved — they'd upgraded.
Within two months of launch, the site began appearing in Google search results — a meaningful early indicator for a brand new firm competing in a crowded name space. Local SEO groundwork, structured content, and Carmel-specific imagery all contributed. Growing that presence over time is in the team's hands, and the foundation is there to build on.
Early SEO traction: Within 60 days of launch, Mosaic Wealth Advisors began surfacing in Google search results — notable for a brand-new firm competing against established firms sharing a similar name. At launch, we submitted the site through Google Search Console for indexing and built out their Google Business Profile — giving them local search presence from day one, not as an afterthought.
Visibility without the guesswork: Mosaic's team doesn't need to wonder how their site is performing. Through the Wealthsites client dashboard, they have direct access to engagement reports tied to Google Analytics — traffic, engagement, page views, form submissions — all in one place. No logging into separate platforms. No waiting on a report from an agency.
