The Problem
Why the usual options fall short.
Unlimited creativity. No boxed-in themes, like FMG.
Straightforward updates. No managing custom code, like Webflow.
100% compatibility. No plugin conflicts, like WordPress.
Whether it's a template-based platform or an agency that's worked with financial advisors on occasion.
The structure is built to serve someone else
By design, templates limit what you can do. Anything that lands outside of that is often met with "sorry, that's not possible" or "you'll need a coder for that." Neither are built for success.
The message is written for compliance, not connection
If you look at 100 advisors' websites, 85 of them will say the same thing. Saying you're different means nothing unless you can prove it.
The content is designed to be 'rinse and repeat'
Distributed content libraries are commonplace among advisor marketing services. What they don't tell you is Google chooses only one version, and everyone else is invisible.

Beyond Wealth Partners – IAR Practice launch with Savvy Advisors
I was initially concerned about the time commitment, but Logan made the process incredibly easy. I spent maybe an hour a week on the project while still feeling completely involved. He is an attentive listener who excels at transforming a vision into reality without needing constant guidance.
Private wealth, family office, and Procter & Gamble retirement planning services.
"I've built websites in the past, and this was the best experience I've had. I was blown away by your attention to detail, amazing insights, and focus on building a website that will grow our business over time."
Clint Seefeldt, CFP® — Managing Partner, Mosaic Wealth Advisors
Founder
A growth partner who's been in the room.
Logan Brown has spent over 13 years informing growth and marketing strategy for small and medium businesses—including nearly six years working directly with elite advisor teams inside two of the nation's top independent broker-dealers–going from advising advisors at IFG to building and executing growth strategies for newly-formed breakaways at LPL Financial.
Today, Logan supports RIAs and IARs that already know what they'll need to grow and want some help executing, and those that need a little extra guidance.
His work has earned MUSE and Hermes creative awards, along with being twice recognized as a finalist at the Wealth Management Industry Awards (2021 with IFG, and 2026 with WealthSites).
Whether you're launching a new firm, growing past a plateau, or getting ready to maximize the potential of an M&A event, Logan is a genuine partner who's seen what works. And what doesn't.

Three moments when advisors bring us in.
Is WealthSites right for every advisor?
No, and we'd rather say that up front than waste your time. We work best with independent advisors and RIAs who see their website as a growth engine, not a digital business card that sits there looking nice.
That usually means you have a real niche or a story worth telling, and you're ready to put some investment behind a site that's actually going to bring in clients instead of just existing online. If you're looking for the cheapest option or something you can set up once and forget about, you'll be happier working with someone else.
Why should advisors consider a custom website?
Templates are built to be standard. Your firm isn't. When you build custom, the site gets shaped around how you actually talk to clients and how your compliance process actually works, which means you skip the part where you spend three rounds of revisions trying to bend a template into something it was never designed to be. It also means the site can grow with you.
Templates tend to box you into whatever structure the theme was built around, so as your firm changes, you're stuck redesigning instead of just updating.
Do I own everything after launch, or am I locked into Wealthsites?
Yes. Fully. The site and every piece of content on it belong to you, permanently. That's true whether you've been with us six months or six years.
If your service agreement ends and you decide to move on, we package everything up for a clean handoff so there's no scramble and nothing held over your head.
How long does it take to see SEO/AEO results?
Most advisors start seeing real movement somewhere between three and six months, though that depends a lot on your market and where your current site is starting from. SEO and AEO just isn't instant by nature. Search engines need time to trust new content and new pages, and that trust builds gradually rather than all at once.
What we control is the foundation, and we start building that with you from week one so the compounding works in your favor instead of you waiting around wondering if anything's happening.
Do you work with solo practices, or just multi-advisor or multi-location firms?
Both, and everything in between. Solo, ensemble, institutional, it doesn't matter much to us. What matters is whether you're trying to grow or just trying to keep the lights on.
Solo advisors especially tend to see the biggest jump from a custom site, mostly because there usually isn't another marketing effort competing for the same time and budget. For a one-person firm, the website often ends up doing more of the heavy lifting.
How is AEO different from SEO, and do I need both?
SEO (search engine optimization) is what gets your site found when someone searches Google. AEO (answer engine optimization, sometimes called GEO (generative engine optimization), is what gets your firm mentioned by name when someone asks an AI tool for a recommendation instead of typing a search query. Those are two different things happening in two different places, and prospects are increasingly doing both kinds of searching depending on the moment.
We build for both from day one. It's not something we upsell you into later, it's just part of how we build every site.
